Private support for you, built by people like you.
AmazeGen was founded on a simple conviction: that the people doing the most — in demanding rooms, often as the only one who looks like them — deserve wellness support that actually sees them. Arize brings together a peer community, The Village, and an AI companion, the Clarity Coach, to help you feel seen, heard, and connected. It's wellness built for the culture, grounded in compliance and care in equal measure. Our rallying cry says the rest: Why Not You?
Curtis Johnson Jr. is the founder and CEO of AmazeGen, which he launched in July 2026 to unite his two enduring passions: his community and the practical power of artificial intelligence.
By day, Curtis is Director of Global Financial Crimes at Morgan Stanley, where he leads enterprise anti-money laundering (AML), economic sanctions, and compliance work — conducting enhanced due diligence and closing control gaps to protect financial integrity and meet regulatory requirements. Across a 14-year corporate career spanning accounting, finance, and legal and compliance, he has earned multiple awards for outstanding performance. That compliance-first discipline is the backbone of how Arize thinks about user trust, privacy, and data.
His work lives at the frontier of agentic AI. Curtis helped build a Policy & Procedure Agent for his firm's Client Risk Unit and an ACAMS study agent that has helped his team reach a 100% CAMS exam pass rate two years running. He holds certifications including AI for Business (University of Pennsylvania) and AI Fundamentals for Non-Data Scientists (Wharton Online), a Data Analytics for BI Nanodegree (Udacity), and several applied-AI skill tracks — and is currently pursuing a data science track with DataCamp and Harvard's intensive on agentic AI.
Beyond his career, Curtis is a builder of community. He founded the Engage Baltimore Mentorship Program and the FELLOWship Group at Morgan Stanley — a Black Employee Network initiative connecting colleagues with senior leaders and financial-literacy programming — and serves on the Baltimore Black Employee Network Steering Committee, where he has co-created more than 40 events. He is also co-founder of 5Q LLC. AmazeGen is where his belief in people and his conviction about what AI can do finally meet.
Shelby Fisher is the Chief Product Officer of AmazeGen, bringing clinical depth and a healer's sensibility to everything Arize builds. A Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), he has devoted his career to helping people navigate adverse events and severe life stressors — working with children, adults, couples, and families to build healthier self-perceptions and stronger community ties, so they can feel peaceful, complete, and safe.
His primary modality is positive psychology. Rather than focusing only on fixing problems or pathology, it works to build genuine happiness and well-being — and he complements it with client-centered, behavioral, and experiential approaches. His clinical interests include men's mental health and the specific counseling needs of minority community members: the very people Arize is built to serve.
Shelby holds a Master's in Counseling and a Bachelor's in Conflict Analysis & Dispute Resolution, along with a Master's in Organizational Development and a Maryland Administrator I certification. As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, he carries a whole-person view of wellness — mind and body together. At AmazeGen, he makes sure that what Arize offers is not only thoughtfully designed, but genuinely good for the people who use it.
Amaze the generations.
