You're trusting Arize with some of your most personal reflections. We take that seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, how we use it, the few cases where we share it, and the control you keep over it.
Your reflections belong to you. We protect them like they're our own.
This Privacy Policy explains how AmazeGen Inc. (“AmazeGen,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Arize — the Arize mobile app (https://arize-gamma.vercel.app/reset), the website (AmazeGen.com), the waitlist, and related features (the “Service”). It works alongside our Terms of Use. By using Arize, you agree to this policy.
We collect only what we need to give you a meaningful, safe experience.
We do not ask for special-category data we don't need, and we don't collect precise GPS location.
We use your information to:
Some commitments are easier to understand as a list of things we will never do:
We share personal information only in these limited situations:
We work with a small set of trusted providers to operate Arize. Each is bound by contract to protect your information and use it only to provide their service to us. They fall into these categories:
Some of what you share in Arize — moods, reflections, and check-ins — may be treated as sensitive consumer health data under state laws including Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut. Where those laws apply:
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar state laws. See “Your choices and rights” for how to use them.
When you use the Clarity Coach, the messages you send are processed by a third-party AI provider so it can respond. We may also keep a record of these conversations to keep the Service safe (for example, to surface crisis resources and prevent misuse) and to improve how the Coach works, consistent with this policy.
The Clarity Coach is an AI wellness companion, not a therapist or human, and it does not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects. Responses will eventually be reviewed by our licensed therapist Cofounder and may be used to update the wellness companion. All data is masked, meaning no information is saved tying any of the information back to you. All data is made anonymous.
The Village is a community space. What you post in a room is visible to other members of that room, so please share with that in mind. Your private check-ins and Clarity Coach conversations are not shared with the community. We provide tools to report content, and we may remove content or accounts to protect the community as described in the Terms of Use.
You have real control over your information. Depending on where you live, you can:
| Your right | What it means |
|---|---|
| Access | Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you. |
| Correct | Fix information that's inaccurate or out of date. |
| Delete | Ask us to delete your information and close your account. |
| Withdraw consent | Withdraw consent for processing that relies on it, including health data. |
| Opt out | Unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time. |
| Complain | Contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator if you have concerns. |
To use any of these, email us at privacy@amazegen.com. We'll respond within the time your local law requires, and we won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your information within 90 days except where we need to keep limited records for safety, legal, security, or accounting reasons.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, such as encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting who on our team can see what. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security — but protecting your trust is a priority, not an afterthought.
Arize is for adults. You must be at least 18 to use it, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us at privacy@amazegen.com and we'll delete it.
We and our service providers are based in the United States and your information is processed there. If you use Arize from outside that region, you understand your information will be transferred and processed there, with protections consistent with this policy and applicable law.
We may update this policy as Arize grows. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated policy with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Material changes that affect sensitive or health data will not apply to previously collected data without your consent where the law requires it.
For any privacy question or request, reach our team at privacy@amazegen.com. We read everything — your trust is the whole point.
